    Iraq parliament completes al-Zaidi cabinet

    Lawmakers approved three deputy PMs and 11 ministers, including Nayef al-Shammari as defence minister and Yasir al-Maliki as interior minister. Laith al-Khazali of Iran-backed Asaib Ahl al-Haq became a deputy PM.
