Binance, the world's largest crypto exchange, suspended all deposits and withdrawals after a hack it says affected about $6.3bn, the largest crypto heist on record; it has recovered or frozen roughly $3bn. TRM Labs and another firm blame North Korea's TraderTraitor group. Binance says an engineer's laptop was compromised and it will cover all losses from its SAFU fund. Tether and Circle froze billions of dollars of coins. Binance.US says it is unaffected. Bitcoin and other tokens fell.

The final count leaves Netanyahu's bloc on 53 seats and Gadi Eisenkot's main opposition bloc on 48, with Netanyahu eight short of a majority. Arab parties won a record 19 seats and could be kingmakers. Netanyahu says forming a government with them is 'forbidden', and Likud alleges, without evidence, that they 'stole' the election; police say there is no evidence of fraud. Eisenkot warns Netanyahu is trying to delegitimise the result.

Russia hit Ukraine overnight with ballistic missiles and 113 drones, killing one in Kyiv, and says it struck energy sites around the capital; an earlier strike on Dnipro cut power to about 350,000 people. Ukrainian drones reportedly hit the Novokuibyshevsk refinery, ending a pause the Wall Street Journal links to Trump's pressure, and Moscow said 862 drones flew toward it, closing all four airports. An aid convoy headed into Oleshky, where a local ceasefire holds.

Trump is demanding that Mary Peltola and a rival who shares Sen. Dan Sullivan's name be removed from the ballot.
